How I Work
I’m Candi Kramer, founder of CK Consulting Solution. I partner with founders, CEOs and leadership teams of growing companies (typically 30-200 employees) who find as they scale, people challenges are taking up more time than expected.
With 18+ years of experience across Professional Services, Consulting, Communications & PR and Technology industries, I bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution, especially during periods of growth, leadership transition or change.
What worked early on - hands-on leadership, informal roles, and quick decisions - becomes harder to sustain. Founders get pulled into day-to-day team issues, managers aren’t always equipped to lead, and alignment starts to break down.
That’s where I come in.
I help bring structure and clarity without overcomplicating the business. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to understand your business, reduce people-related bottlenecks, develop managers, and put the right people foundations in place so the business can keep growing.
